At MAMAMEEPA, we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. Below you’ll find our current shipping, delivery, return, and refund terms for orders placed on our website.
Shipping
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for orders within the United States are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 for orders under $70.00
- Free Standard Shipping: for orders of $70.00 and above
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused
- be in its original packaging
- be in the same condition in which it was received
- include proof of purchase
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used silicone pouch/nipple parts cannot be returned. Any item that has been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition different from how it was received may be ineligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@mamameepa.life and include:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
- photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is for a non-defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will provide instructions and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mamameepa.life and include clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or color, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
