Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We regularly offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest deals.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How Do I Start a Return?

  1. Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided return label or your own shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes. If you'd like a different color or size, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Are There Items That Cannot Be Returned?

For hygiene reasons, silicone nipple pouches that have been used cannot be returned. Unopened replacement pouches in original packaging are eligible for return.
